The Roblox Corporation is suing a longtime thorn in its side: one Benjamin Robert Simon, known online as Ruben Sim, who has been making controversial content on and about the platform for many years.

The lawsuit also alleges that Roblox misleads parents and guardians into believing the gaming app is a safe and appropriate place for children.

The popular gaming platform said the tool was designed to stop children from chatting with older users they didn’t know.
