Place the scones on the baking tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through and golden. Cool on a wire rack. Dust lightly with icing sugar.

Banana Scones. Anytime there is an opportunity to bake, I jump to it. Desserts capture the sweetness of the season. I found myself baking more during this time of the year than at any other time.
