MALVERN, Ohio (WOIO) - An oil well pad exploded Tuesday morning in Carroll County, sending thick black smoke into the sky. The explosion occurred around 7 a.m. on June Road in Malvern. The fire department said they have the fire under control. No injuries have been reported.
