We'll be playing these tunes this weekend at Shiner’s Czech Fest on Saturday, March 15, and at the SPJST Hall in Houston on Sunday, March 16. See y’all there! This is my first time playing a Baldoni Heligonka diatonic button accordion. The instrument is tuned in F, Bb, Eb, and Ab—keys commonly used by many Czech-American button accordion players. Unlike my usual diatonic button accordions, this one doesn’t have gleichtones (pivot notes), but I’m working around it for two classic Czech polkas pop
