The arrow pointing tot he front leg is an editing error, my mistake * So if you’re coming up as you stride, think about sinking (coiling) down on the stride instead. Because as I said, if we come up on the stride, we are less connected to the ground. So if we are a little early on the pitch for example, we are immediately lunging and unable to keep our weight
