Students of IIT Madras have developed the prototype of a Hyperloop pod - a futuristic high-speed mode of long-distance transport - as part of their submit at a global contest in Spain. A team of 40 students worked online and offline amid the Covid pandemic to improvise on the model they had developed two years ago for another competition in the US.
