Non-Displaced Bone Fracture: What Is It and How to Treat It

$Neglected pathological neck femur fracture in a 16 year old male. We fixed it with a sliding/dynamic hip screw (SHS/DHS) while ensuring that biology/biomechanics (alignment and stability) remain preserved. Minimising rhe use of drilling and avoiding too many holes in proximal fragment and accepting alignment over anatomical reduction is key to success in our hands.
