Christmas Crack: Line saltine crackers on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Then heat 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, and one tsp salt on the stove top, mixing continuously. Allow to boil for 30 seconds and remove from heat. Add 1 tsp vanilla and mix. Pour over saltines, then bake on 400 degrees for 5 minutes. While that bakes, melt 12 ounces of chocolate chips and 1 tbs coconut oil. When the saltines come out of the oven, allow to cool for 1 minute then pour chocolate over top.
